That is really strange. Foreclosure of home in regard to $1,369.

That almost looks like two years of fees.

Perhaps his mortgage was in default and the homes association pushed a lien and the mortgage company had to pay in foreclosure to take and keep the house. Not an uncommon trigger.

Divorce is tragic and life rending event.
