They also have nukes.
I'd guess that a few private words by them to the Jordanians, the Saudis and the Germans (who don't like to acknowledge it, but are a very good friend of Israel) on that fact would pay huge dividends in getting Obama to "see the light" (rather than the Middle East getting to see a second, third, or fourth sunrise in the same day) and back off on actually carrying through with this rhetoric.
