Good question. I heard the Fox News Sunday interview. Issa's tone of voice was certain and upbeat. He truly believed Lerner was going to not only show up but testify without immunity. I say make her show up, even if she takes the Fifth for every question. Then throw a bucket of water on her and watch her melt.
