As in Benghazi, this admin is a few plays behind the facts on the ground. Obama will go to the Ukrainian border with policy statements, and G8 suspension papers in his hand, only to find out that Armed Russian Troops passed through, 2 days earlier. He will look westward and wait, and wait.
It certainly is delightful to know that even though he skipped the meeting, he was fully briefed by Susan Rice.
No doubt she told him there is no need for concern, Putin and his army are just in Ukraine filming a travel documentary.
