Andrew Breitbart was a patriot warrior and a FReeper before he was famous. Like Jim Robinson, Andrew was all about truth and patriotism. God love Andrew and God hold him dear. And, Thank God, we have Jim.
Regrettably, we're into the first day of the third month of our 1st Quarter FReepathon with $5.4k to go. It's been tough going this time around, even though February is the shortest month of the year, but thankfully, last night Jim reminded me that Free Republic was down for one 24 hour period in January, so that eased the pain.
I'm sure you're all tired of seeing our awesome graphics on every thread, almost as much as we're tired of posting them ... in the attempt of trying to induce you all to make your donations, so I'll get straight to the point.
We really need to try our level best to complete this Quarter's FReepathon today. If you haven't yet made your donation, please do so today. Please don't sit back and wait for same loyal FReepers carry the load, because many of them have already made multiple donations and I know several will again, just because they love FR and they will help "Get-it-Done" when we get close to the finish line. It's what they do.

I know that I have no right to whine. This winter has been cold, but many areas of the country are experiencing weather that is much harsher than usual.
It was pretty good for us today. Upper 30s. It felt warm by comparison of what we’ve had lately.
We love you anyway. :)
Sure we can whine. Just because someone else is colder doesn’t mean that we haven’t been miserable too.
The way things are growing like crazy, Mrs. Cajun's allergies should start kicking in anytime.
Allergies are awful! She has my sympathy.
It's wonderful to count your blessings but that doesn't mean we have to deny reality either.
