Police said they found the children were left without power ...I assume that means the residence had no electricity. On the other hand, do unconscious children really need electricity at night?

Before recent history......this happened ALL OF THE TIME. Probably every family in the 1800's would have been guilty of these charges at one time or another.
I am not saying what she did was right, but am merely saying that I cannot judge her because it is difficult to have kids and a job.
