While I despise this newspaper (and she probably does smoke weed), I'll give her a pass on the capitalization mistake since that could be a mistake made by the intern who puts her article on their website.

I agree: "incident" should be "charges".

The Salisbury post was recently sold and a few of the writers have left, including one of the other 'crime' reporters so I'm sure Ms. Potts has been churning out articles (the 'criminal' business is aboomin' around here!).
