What will be interesting is to see if the democrats are so determined that she is the only candidate that guarantees a win, that they push her to run. Then try to stage a "Weekend at Bernies" campaign where they only present her in limited, highly scripted events and then send surrogates out to do the actual campaigning, trying to fool enough people to drag her across the finish line.
good grief.. I hadn’t even considered that possibility... it would then become critical who she choose to be her running mate, since that person would certainly be taking over.
(scary thoughts)
“Then try to stage a “Weekend at Bernies” campaign where they only present her in limited, highly scripted events “
We are being set up. They will have her have an bad illness and then have her make a miraculous comeback.
It will be more like “the Lance Armstrong story without steroids” than “weekend at Bernies”
Admitt it, everyone loved the Lance Armstrong story until the steroid thing came out.
I read a book about FDR that basically said the same thing, that FDR was literally a dead man walking during his last campaign. If the public knew his true condition he may not have been re-elected.
“Remember that she will be 69 in 2016 by the time the campaign rolls around, and although their are healthy vibrant 69 year olds, there are also plenty that knocking on death’s door.”
Here’s hoping she a member of the “plenty.” But oh what will Slick do if he’s not able to once again wander the halls of the WH looking for interns to molest!
