That’s not really an option, since those adjacent states are New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, all moonbat states.
Sounds like a good time to open a storage locker business in Pike County PA: about an hour’s drive west of CT on I-84.
If those won’t do PA is close enough. Heck the whole New England state area is smallish.
