" Hmmmm lots of scripture quotes and condemnation…. how about this one… “For if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. “But if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions. Matthew 6:14-15 Hate the sin, not the sinner."

It is not showing love for the sinner at all to allow him to stay lost in his sins.

The first loving word Jesus said in His public ministry was "Repent!".

We should imitate Jesus Christ.

Yes.... REPENT for YOUR sins, not seek to condemn others for their sins... Remember, “he who is without sin may cast the first stone”.... and in prayer, “forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those that TRESPASS against US...”

You can’t pick and choose what is righteous scripture and what isn’t righteous enough. No one has the right to condemn others, and speak with a hate-filled words, as some do in this forum, regarding the sins of others.

its not possible to “imitate Jesus Christ”. Christ is the Son of God. Its silly to think you can “imitate” Christ. We were born with sin... you can only be yourself, and do your best in what God requires. Being Chris-like is different from imitating Him.
