This is VERY worrisome. They were just about the last line of defense.

Yes it is...I never thought I’d live to see our nation on the road to a corrupt third world country.
It’s gotten past the point where there are enough lamp posts in DC to hang all the criminals.
The EPA has outlived any usefullness it may have once had. It needs to be shut down.

The EPA never had any usefulness. Problems with pollution could have been handled by the courts.
As for this latest lawlessness on the part of our government, nothing will happen. It will all be forgotten.
I thought as much. I read somewhere that air quality got better faster in the years before the EPA was formed than it has since.

Speaker Boehner has chosen to coverup this Constitutional violation.
It is time to insist that Boehner resign as Speaker, so that New Speaker Trey Gowdy can appoint a House Special Investigator.
Same thing with the formation of unions. The only reason unions were able to come into existence is that workers were already gaining some clout. Unions just took over and claimed the credit for higher wages and better working conditions.

David Vitter (R., La.) released Wednesday. EPA employees threatened Inspector General investigators, refused to cooperate, and handed out non-disclosure agreements to other employees to keep them from being interviewed, EPA Inspector General Arthur Elkins Jr. wrote in response to a request for information by Vitter on the case.
