My impression is that it requires a 2/3 majority in both houses. If so, then it’s not likely.

Doesn’t look like it. I checked the actual votes on the bill that Berewer vetoed. In the Senate it passed 17-13. In the House 33-27. And now it looks like some of those yea votes are going wobbly.
