His comments about the new arrivals sound almost exactly like what we say about those who move here to Vermont. People come on vacation and fall in love and then move here and try to change everything.
Oh yeah they also build a new home and then try to make sure it is the last house ever built in that town. Can’t have urban sprawl after all.

Yeah, when I lived in Orange County, NY the yuppies who bought the overpriced mcmansions around the onion fields in Warwick, like clockword b!tch and complain about the slow moving farm vehicles that clog up the roads and the pesticildes that are "killing their children". Not to mention, on those hot sweltering days in July and August, the unmistakable aroma of cow manure wafting in the air. A similar situation by the dirt track in Middletown, they complain about the noise from races every Sat night in the spring and summer. HEY, SCHMUCKS! you knew where you were moving to, what did you expect?
