As I understand the procees , she has to file beforehand her intent to use the Fifth Amendment. Under that scenario she wouldn’t be subject to taking an oath because she won’t be answering any questions from the committee ergo...no lies nor truth. Even if there is a court order for her to appear, she just appears and uses the same thing.
IF they make the mistake of granting her immunity, even limited use immunity, the commitee will be opening themselves up for the same embarrassment as when the democrats fell for an immunity deal decades ago.
She may end up looking bad during the process for not giving the committee what she promised but the media and the administration will jump to her side to make her well again.
IMO
