Absolute insanity.
We won’t burn more oil products because of the pipeline.
It will replace oil brought in from farther away locations that consumed more energy to bring them in.
If it isn’t built, the same Canadian oil will be transported still, to farther away locations consuming even more energy, releasing still more pollution.
Insanity. It is why I write environMENTALists.
