What ban?
The state simply only recognizes male-female marriage, I don’t recall there is an explicit ban.
The Imperial Courts are far overstepping their boundaries. Hasn’t the SCOTUS already thrown out DOMA because it is a state issue??
Eventually there will be heretofore unimaginable forms of “marriage” allowed. We are at the top of a very slippery slope.
