Posters at the TEA Party website (teaparty.org) do not seem to agree with your sentiment.

Many, if not all, of the comments to an article on not measuring success by how many people are on welfare (CNS) are very pro-Walker. And it's not the only pro-Walker article posted. In fact, I couldn't find one that was even slightly detrimental.
