Well, Michelle Obama is acting as if she has veto power over ads on school stadium scoreboards, of all things. Unless somebody stands up to them and refuses to go along, the White House will get away with things like this.

Where does the White House of the Executive Branch not have controlling authority?

Jurisdiction is sooo passé! Tainted by the odor of
courts, and judges and lawyers -— and plaintiffs.
