OH....just backed it up to see what post you were replying to...(I guessed wrong)....I am not sure how I do it either, but I guess having a roof over my head, and food on the table, is incentive enough :-)
After so many years of conditioning, I wake up every morning at about 5:30 am
and that is even on the week ends and when I am on on vacation.
I hope to retire in about a year and a half or so, and I hope to somehow find my “natural” cycle.
