My only comment is if this woman wishes to live this way she’s stupid to do it within municipal corporate limits unless she likes conflict.
Its guaranteed to provoke municipal backlash.
Instead of avoiding conflict, the source of the conflict needs to be removed, and local governments reined in to legitimate functions. Selling electricity is not a legitimate function of government.
