Hook a giant balloon to it, fill it with helium, then lift Yellowstone up and carry away and drop it on the middle east. That way when Yellowstone erupts, it’ll be there problem not ours.

In the absence of harmonic tremor, isn’t the presence of helium a bad thing?

The article also reported find 2+ billion year old water in a deep mine somewhere in Canada. Does water aged that long taste better than newer water, or do they have find professional water tasters to distinguish the difference in bouquet between older and newer?

On Earth, helium is typically produced as a radioactive decay product of either thorium or uranium.

"...Yellowstone ...produces about 350 lbs. (160 kilograms) of helium gas each day, but 44 million to 110 million lbs. (20 million to 50 million kg) of carbon dioxide daily..."

Yellowstone alone could be causing all this global warming. Add to that the CO2 being produced by all the other volcanic sources and the human contribution is puny indeed. Someone better alert Al Gore and the EPA.

The amount of carbon dioxide being released into the atmosphere by Yellowstone, per this article, is approximately twice the total released into the atmosphere by human activity. Combined this release with the release of trapped gases by the uptick in volcanic activity and earthquakes during the prior hundred years or more, and it is pretty obvious that somebody is really mad at us.
