So the courts will allow a mother to transfer the brain-dead, rapidly deteriorating corpse of her daughter (Jahai) to a different medical facility to receive long-term care when there is NO HOPE of recovery, but the courts won’t allow these parents to transfer a living, breathing, girl with a functioning brain to a facility for standard medical treatment.

In what universe is this logical?
