Hagel is a useful deflection for the kenyan. He was told by the WH what top line budget number to hit and he did it.
The GOP should escalate this and demand the obama defend this personally or his budget is DOA in the House. Just say the county needs to hear this directly from the POTUS. A slash and burn of the DOD is a national security issue and totally unacceptable.
