The money being promised to the moochers in Ukraine will come from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) who's single largest contributor is the United States taxpayer. So in addition to subsidizing socialist Europe's national security, we get to pay for their socialized nation building schemes as well.

You are right, but apart from the IMF the Euro-commisar (commissioner) Ollie Rehn has promised some billion euros from the EU, and the British FM has also promised to money to Ukraine - money that the same government couldn't find to assist the victims of the flooding in Somerset!
