How can you stop the change? If you “stop” it, that is changing things. Changing it from warming to cooling or cooling to warming, whatever the talking point is this season.

The policy of the administration and the money needed for the program that taxes that isn't enough so we lobby congress to make law that defines our ability to take your money.
