Where does the government have the authority to compel you to provide a product or service for someone? This is just another example of transferring power from the PEOPLE to the GOVERNMENT.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 specifically prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, race, color, national origin, and religion.

Nothing in the federal law mentions sexual orientation although homosexuals would like to be included as a protected class.

States may add other protected classes.

The Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 adds pregnancy as a protected condition.

Other federal laws passed restrictions on unconditional age discrimination.
