He added that the root cause of the unrest in Ukraine was an “interruption of perestroika,” referring to his reform policies, and of the democratic process there.
Gorby appears to be attributing this to Putin's interference in Ukraine's affairs, in which case he's 100 percent correct. That should pretty much seal Gorby's deal, right there.
