He doesn't have an attorney. After Steyn lost on the first go round in court, he wrote a column saying bad things about the judge, which prompted his lawyers to drop him as a client.

Limbaugh should pay him $50,000 for each time he hosts. All of in the form of a donation to Steyn’s legal defense fund.

I read that Steyn fired his lawyers and that makes more sense than having a low life, scum bag, money grubbing lawyer dropping a paying client because he "said bad things about a judge".
