Moving cautiously to repair his image, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is maintaining a low profile this weekend as the nations governors gather in Washington.
Republican officials have been eager to change the subject as Democrats link Christies troubles to vulnerable GOP governors in a challenging election season.
The usually outspoken Christie is scheduled to attend just one public event over the three-day annual meeting. He avoided a media-sponsored forum on Friday, wasnt granting interviews, wont attend a White House dinner and was skipping a news conference hosted by the Republican Governors Association, an organization he heads.

And unless you’ve actually seen a picture of the guy you really have no idea how difficult this is for him to do.
He thought kissy-face with Obama would make him immune to attack from Democrats.
Ho ho ho.
Fat boi and his fat mouth are anything but low profile.
Just wondering if anybody is seeing any signs of New Jersey people turning their backs on Democrats?
