He [Maduro] has accused US conservatives and media organisations of plotting to overthrow his government.

The protestors are voicing their grievances against soaring crime rates, high inflation, a shortage of basic goods, and a lack of political and economic freedom. According to the CATO Institute, Maduro's "new" Marxist policies of abolishing property rights, inheritance, centralization of credit to the state and the confiscation of property are unpopular with his people.

Maduro is a typical Democrat, name-calling and blaming others for his problems. Maybe he should talk and listen to the people of Venezuela.
