No, “normalcy bias” is a psychological thing people do when there is a crisis, or rapid negative change, or similar horrible stuff. I’m not saying YOU have normalcy bias.

Normalcy bias prevents a person from reacting properly, because they either can’t see the threat, can’t believe it’s happening, or don’t get the seriousness of the situation.

So while some of us see big problems, others can’t because of “normalcy bias”, thinking that things are chugging along as usual. Wiki has a good article on it.
