Very good news, jim. A little surprised Stovall didn’t rank among the top three. Thanks, very much.

That’s why I think Tea Party isn’t getting picked up and it’s Low Information Voters being surveyed. They picked Cornyn and Stockman based on familiarity and Vega because she is Hispanic or a woman or both. I might see some better numbers tomorrow or Sunday. And I might see some Low Information Voter numbers for George P. tomorrow or Sunday.

Re: Jimbo's posted comment #48: I am also surprised that Stovall was not in the top 3 but even more surprised that Linda Vega was in the top 3. I like Linda Vega and was poised to vote for her in the Primary, but, I felt that Stovall had the best chance of getting more votes than Stockman. (I fear that Stockman will lose in a run-off with Cornyn.) But, I've told people for weeks that the Hispanic community is quietly working "under the radar" for Linda Vega and she might surprise some folks. Most people, including our FReeper family, underestimate the power of a Hispanic surname in an election. That's how Ted CRUZ defeated David Dewhurst by an 8 percentage point margin.
