Thanks everyone for your replies regarding the 8 candidates on the Republican ballot for US Senate. In my mailbox this afternoon was a multiple page brochure from the Texas Conservative Review with their endorsements. At the top was John Cornyn for Senate, but they also are endorsing a couple of others that I am leaning towards voting for: Greg Abbott & Dan Patrick. Their other endorsements not so much. Does anyone have any info on the Texas Conservative Review?

My two biggies this year are Cornyn and Dewhurst. Both MUST go.

I voted for Stovall and Staples in those races.

If you are here in Texas, you should know that governor doesn't really matter. The governor has less actual power than the Lt. Governor.

The governor in Texas can't even pardon someone without getting permission from a board first.

The Texas Conservative Review is a front for John Cornyn. They are NOT Conservative, they are RINOs. They put in a couple of Conservative endorsements to try and appease us, but, they are a fraud. We received the same mail-out with a gazillion other pieces of campaign literature. Thank God 90 percent of the people who get that crap will throw it in the trash!
