No,not life in *prison* (for a first offense) and not a $500K fine.But I am a *huge* supporter of "three strikes" laws.And my position on felons voting remains unchanged.You just contradicted yourself.

I don't think so.I was asked if I wanted life for those who steal $250....I said no,not for a first offense.However,under "three strikes" laws (which I support) I can support life for someone who has two previous felonies and then commits a third...even if the third one is stealing $250
