SAN ANTONIO, TX–The most recent James O’Keefe expose released on Breitbart Texas showed a Battleground Texas field organizer engaging in a seemingly illegal data mining operation where confidential information from voter registration forms was being collected in an effort to help elect Wendy Davis as governor of Texas. The video has now triggered a process by which an investigation carried by the State of Texas may occur. In an interview with local San Antonio news, Bexar County Election Administrator Jacquelyn Callanen admitted to submitting a report to Texas Secretary of State.

Bad place to put Greg Abbott in. If his office investigates, the liberals will whine to high heaven, but something needs to be done.

This is going to be a closer election than many Texans think, not because of idea’s, but cheating and lying.

OK, the broad that was videoed breaking the law, has turned in 861 Voter Registration Cards. Battleground Texas says they have 5,000 deputized voter registrars throughout the State of Texas. If each one of them gets 800 Democrat leaning voters to register, that’s 4,000,000 new Democrat voters. Holy crap!!!

This may have stopped it but we know there were likely millions already mined and in BGTX database.

There is no way to stop them from hiding what they already have.

I do know though that all good conservative Texans will get out and vote this time

I wonder if the Election commissioner who had to turn in the complaint wished she didn’t have to, knowing she is a Dem

Why not? Can't these sleazeballs be subpoenaed?

You are right.
Likely BGTX will be ordered to stop and to turn over any info they mined

but do you believe they won’t copy this info to someplace else and still use it?

I wouldn’t put ANYTHING past these sleazes...but, at least they’d be put on notice.

At the very least, I pray the goons are looking over their shoulders - at every turn - for James O’Keefe & Co.

The communists never quit. Even if they do nothing but stir up trouble, they consider it victory.

There is only one way to stop it. If Texas conservatives are serious, they have to prosecute these criminals and then sue the ones they cannot prosecute. Let them spend their days and nights in front of a judge and not sitting in front of supermarkets collecting signatures.

Indeed. There is only ONE way to stop it too. The law has to go after the ringleaders. Court injunctions must be filed to stop all their activities. Individuals must be sued for damages, not merely organizations that can change their names.

Also, conservatives in Texas will have to "Breitbart" these ASSHOLES by showing up where ever they do and get in their faces with cameras to shut them down.- And I mean everywhere.

Disregard that number as it is incorrect. That number is for the largest 15 counties,
not statewide registration. There were 13,445,285 registered voters for the
Nov. 2013 Constitutional Election.

I didn’t read that in the link. Did I miss it.
why am I not surprised that the Libs are downplaying this, even saying the Texas election codes do NOT apply to sleaze like BGTX workers
