That town is uber Liberal. I don't live from from it and you get dirty looks if don't drive a BMW or Audi. I assume they will do what other Liberal towns do here and declare any open areas as wet lands and in need of a 20 year Environmental Impact study.

It requires housing developments of more than 50 units or so to build MPDUs (moderately-priced-dwelling-units) so as to have those with fewer financial resources to live in your neighborhood. Great...you work hard to move to a better place and the DIMs/LIBs force others with "different values" on you. Just great. DIMs/LIBs are insane.
