IOW, THE MAJORITY found by ONE POLL prefers democracy, while the 20.5% made up of old-time Stalinist Reds, mostly ethnic Russians, along with the muzzies, want autocracy a la Putin. Hey, I know! Let's support the 20.5%!!! /s
