We have thousands of oil wells here in Colorado and no one has had their property confiscated.

In this case, there are land owners who are being threatened with eminent domain seizure of their land to build the pipeline.

I have no issue if they sell their land, or the ROW rights for it, to Keystone for the pipeline. But there are there are some using political pressure to get those rights and/or land for a cheaper price via the State rather than negotiating with the land owners.
