So one last time.

I have expressed concerns about private property being seized by government as well as concern for property damage that may result from any spills.

The general response back have been posters questioning my maturity and logic as well as questioning my regard for freemarkets, energy independence and job creation. Additionally, I have had posters say there is no impact to having a pipeline run thru your property.

Each time I list examples to counter a lob...I am told it is not significant. I am saying if it is YOUR property...you might think another way.

Not sure why what I am saying is so controversial. We will just have to disagree on this issue.

Kate, if it were MY property, as soon as I was satisfied the offer was comparable to the going rate, I'd sign the lease, deposit the check...and not worry about it.

Which is exactly what about 99.8% of property owners do...

I'm not gonna worry about that remaining 0.2%, either, unless they gum up the wheels of progress...and screw up the deal for everybody else.
