Some people refuse to victims and some don’t want to bullied and feel threatened and are tired of being afraid. This guy, along with a lot of other people are dissatisfied with the direction that our society is taking and the everyday lack of common courtesy, people acting as if their actions don’t have any consequences.
Sure, it was “music” but it represented more than that. I expect to see more of these incidents as we go deeper into the clogged toilet that is Obama’s America.

What if the shooter was a black female and she felt threatened by a car filled with white boys making lewd comments? Would she be justified in shooting it up?

Rifle-toting woman shoots, kills man outside gas station in southeast Houston (KHOU TV ^ | 22 July 2013 | staff report)

From within the thread... "Interesting. Video seems to show a man committing harassment and assault against a woman, then continuing to commit those crimes after she retrieved a rifle from the trunk of her car. Based on the video evidence presented in the press, I would characterize the woman as the victim of assault, and the man as the perpetrator thereof. The video appears to depict justified self-defense."

and...

"The dead man pulled a knife on the shooter, but according to his brother, “he didn’t want to hurt nobody”. She may have pushed her luck in terms of the law by firing multiple shots once he was down, but I hope the police give her a break. She may not have known whether he was still a threat and about to get back up, and she’s not a white Hispanic so there is no reason to prosecute her."

Both persons were black.
