With the primary election just two weeks away, one of the most closely watched contests is the Republican race for the U.S. Senate seat held by John Cornyn.
Clear Lake Republican Congressman Steve Stockman is challenging incumbent Sen. John Cornyn in the Republican primary for U.S. Senate from Texas.
Stockman, who acknowledges an uphill battle, says We are the David against Goliath in this race. Well, its rough. I mean every race I have ever done has always been an uphill battle. On primary day you must declare which primary you are voting in and you are then unable to vote in another party's primary. So, Cornyn trying to sound conservative while at the same time appealing to TDMN and other libs, he is trying to make up for the loss of TP voters. . .and thing is, TDMN and libs would not be upset if Cornyn wins the primary AND the election, after all, he supports them and is known to give up the fight early and cave at every opportunity and stab other conservatives in the back. My gawd. . .Cruz won and is hugely popular in Texas but yet, Cornyn is attacking and insulting Cruz,. . .insulting Texas conservative voters. IS Cornyn insane? No. But he is a political animal that would jump sides easily if the political environment shifts in Texas.
Coryn is a person of no honor and character. Cruz is a MAN of honor and character.
Whew. . .rant off.
Zactly.
It is increasingly dangerous to continue with open primaries, in times such as these. Inexcusable for TEXAS Republican Committee members to sleep through addressing any plan to stop it.
