It’s the “Grahamnesty” GOPe Republicans who have scheduled the runoff so close to the primary. Folks who want to DEFEAT GRAHAM are the ones who want more time comply with the election law allowing time for South Carolina military members to receive and return their runoff ballot (plus, of course, to allow for more conservative fundraising and time for conservatives to coalesce around the remaining challenger).
I would not be surprised to see the GOPe fight to retain this violation of our military members lawful rights.
