Only western nations invest in the long term warehousing of it's criminals of all sorts. Islam does not make sense of such a concept? Enslave, rape, torture, strip them of all assets and property, and when the time is right, kill those dissenters and criminals.
Why waste the state's resources on such a dumb practice?
