Good points. BTW, I think when you add in where a lot of the crimes are committed by those who are descended from the said slaves, I think we can make a big deduction from the reparations to the point where we can call it even. Heck, the other night, I was monitoring police comms on my ham radio and I heard a call where there was rock throwing at cars where the perps were Black. When I heard that, this thought came to my mind.
