Go Paula. The food in your restaurant is so rich it made me ill, but I like your style.
As an aside, I ate at her restaurant in Savannah on a Sunday and it was buffet only. The food was mediocre at best (but I know Southern food).
But that said, I think she's a keeper.

Obviously, you don’t know Southern food. Don’t equate with the slop that Paula dishes out to tourists.

Her food is too damned expensive. A $20 pot pie? I don’t think so.

In fact, the overwhelming majority of menu items are not available on the buffet.
The buffet at Uncle Bubba's Seafood and Oyster House, the restaurant she owns with her brother, Earl "Bubba" Heirs, on Whitemarsh Island, GA, offers seafood and, in my opinion, is better than the one at The Lady and Sons in downtown Savannah.
