IM guessing you weigh about a buck 75, so if you take 600 mgm every 4-6 hours for 24 hours, you should feel better. BUT>...eat a little something when you take it, to protect your tummy....something small....like a half piece of toast or a cookie....just a little something.....GOOD LUCK!
