Some within the Tea Party are furious over the decision by Senate Minority leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) to help shepherd the passage of the debt ceiling increase earlier this week. Both McConnell and Senate Minority Whip John Cornyn (R-Tx.) have come under fire -- with national conservative groups slamming McConnell and one of Cornyn's primary challengers, Rep. Steve Stockman, sending a colorful tweet criticizing the incumbent Thursday night.
But, just when you thought you had seen it all comes this ad via Dwayne Stovall, who is also challenging Cornyn in the Texas primary.

Picked up by the Washington Post. Bad news for Cornyn and McConnell.
Picked up by the Washington Post. Bad news for Cornyn and McConnell and their enablers/supporters/cronies.

Watch Cornyn Foe Call Mitch McConnell a ‘Beltway Turtle’
Heh, heh, heh....
Even more national pickup/bad news for Cornyn:
Long-shot Texas Senate contender calls McConnell a ‘turtle’ in anti-Cornyn ad

I’ve seen that turtle somewhere...
I get that more than one news source is carrying the ad. You don’t have to post them all to me. I’ve already written to Cornyn why he won’t receive another vote from me.
If you like what WaPO did to a pair of semi-conservative republicans via the Tea Party, wait for what they do to Tea Party candidates.
Liberals pick our candidates & internal battles while they praise every democrat for their debt-rising vote.
The liberal media praised Cornyn and McConnell for their cloture votes. They called them heroes, profiles in courage, etc. They are not conservatives.
Cornyn hasn’t been even semi conservative for a long time.
Even if he is replaced by a Democrat that will be a plus at this point, because it removes a man this far to the left from Republican leadership.
And there are enough of us in Texas who see it this way to make it happen.
One way or the other, Cornyn is out. Texas has more stones than Arizona.
Should have shown these two sneaking out of the sewer in the dark of night to vote for the increase when they could not find enough suckers to do the dirty work for them.
Bujt then again they got high fives from their buddies in the dumb-o-crat party.
Mitch McC came to prominence statewide in 1984 with a hunting dogs ad seeking to find Sen. Walter Huddleston, who missed roll call votes. Now the turtle is apt for McC, but I don’t think Kentuckians would dare remove him. He keeps them in the news too much not to keep him there.
A very bold (or dangerous) prediction
Maybe he could have fit a tanning bed in the ad.
Cornyn has been semi conservative since Cruz primaried Dewhurst.
Arizona has tossed out more amnesty supporters than Texas has. Brewer could have been tossed out for her pro gang gaffe.
Rick Perry would be re-elected and Rick Perry would be only second to Ron Paul in primarying Cornyn for the Senate seat.
I hope Stockman, Stovall and Vega get 51%.
Even if Vega is pro-amnesty I wouldnt have a problem taking Cornyn out because Vega will have no clout. It is likely the runoff candidate will be Stockman or Stovall.
There should be 5 Congressman that get targeted after the primaries and replace them with a Dem than get a conservative in in 2016. Grimm, Ellmers, Joe Heck, Amodei, Coffman, Denham, Nunes or Valadao are candidates.
The undocumented ‘Rats deserve all that’s coming to them.
The liberal media praised Cornyn and McConnell for their cloture votes. They called them heroes, profiles in courage, etc. They are not conservatives.
If can print twice, then read twice - I said semi-conservative...and if youre against illegal immigration & debt, ask what a democrat senate & 30 million new voters will bring.
