Not a good sign in Florida if a Dem wins the seat of a Republican.
The district is mostly liberal now. When Bill Young first got elected the district was huge, with lots of Republican areas, now the district is mostly St. Pete and its minority area. If Alex Sink wins, it is not an upset.
