What debt ceiling?

I’ve not seen any number of a ceiling. The only # I’ve seen so far is that this is to cover 13 months till the next “reset” of the ceiling.

Until otherwise, I’m reading this as an unlimited blank check for over a year... the national debt can rise to any amount... $18 Trillion? $118 Trillion? Either one is “legal”.

The saying ,”spending money like a drunken sailor” will be replaced with , “spending money like an OBAMA’ , a sailor may spend hundreds of dollars when Obama will spend trillions
