Good points.

Without the freedom to go without health insurance, people are forced to pay for a product they do not want or need, thereby placing the burden of their health care and health insurance on the tax payer instead of just paying doctors and hospitals with cash for ER visits and major surgery.

Exercising the freedom to go without health insurance, who pays the emergency room bills of those without insurance, if they don’t have enough money to pay for emergency treatment?

I am giving myself the freedom to go without health insurance. This law is slavery, I will not comply. Best I’ll do is join a Christian Medishare group. Fed Gov has overstepped big time.

We actually have the freedom to go without it. We are insurance free and, thanks to our *taxable* income level, we make to little to be required to get it, but too much to grovel to uncle same for a handout to help us pay for it.

So as of January first, we have no health insurance.
